Can I add to an existing order?

We’re sorry but it’s not possible to add to your order. Our system is fully automated which means your order has already been sent to our warehouse for processing. 

Can I combine my orders together? 

Ours systems are automated. Orders go directly into the warehouse, so we would be unable to do this.

How much is delivery?

Europe

Standard €5.95

Free on orders over €30.00

Rest of the world

Standard €15.00

Free shipping over €70.00

How long will deliveries take?

Please note that due to COVID-19, postal services and couriers are running a slower service than normal. It may take up to 5 working days longer than normal to receive your order if you requested standard shipping.

UK  We aim to deliver within 72 hours for orders placed on a working day, please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays.

Worldwide 5-7 working days

Do you offer free returns?

Not just yet, sadly. Take a look at our Returns & Exchanges page to get all the info you need on returning items.

I'm ordering a gift. Will the paperwork have prices?

All paperwork enclosed within your order has no prices. Just addresses, contact details and a breakdown of the order.

 

Can I send the order as a gift to someone else?

Yes you can! Place the order and use the delivery address for the person you want to send the gift to. 

If you use our customer notes section, you can write a message too.
